Conocimiento y actitud sobre salud bucal durante el embarazo en gestantes primerizas del Centro de Salud Portada de Manchay, Pachacámac, 2023.

Abstract

El Objetivo de la investigación es identificar la relación entre el grado de conocimiento y actitud sobre salud bucal (SB) durante el embarazo en gestantes primerizas que acuden a un centro de salud, 2023. La Metodología, diseño no experimental descriptivo, de tipo básica, prospectivo, observacional y transversal. Resultados, en análisis correlacional se observó un valor Rho de - 0.024, con un p-valor de 0.804 (p>0.05), además, entre los dominios del conocimiento (SB durante la gestación) y las actitudes, se halló un p-valor superior a 0.05, en todas ellas. Conclusión, se determinó que no existe una relación significativa entre el grado de conocimiento sobre la SB y las actitudes de las mismas en las gestantes primigestas participantes.

The objective of the research is to identify the relationship between the degree of knowledge and attitude about oral health (OH) during pregnancy in first-time pregnant women who attend a health center, 2023. The methodology is a basic, prospective, observational, and cross-sectional descriptive non-experimental design. Results: in the correlational analysis, a Rho value of -0.024 was observed, with a p-value of 0.804 (p>0.05). Furthermore, among the domains of knowledge (OH during pregnancy) and attitudes, a p-value greater than 0.05 was found in all of them. Conclusion: It was determined that there is no significant relationship between the degree of knowledge about SB and the attitudes of the participating primigravida women.
