Interacciones farmacológicas y factores asociados en prescripciones médicas de pacientes del Hospital Ii–E Simón Bolívar, Cajamarca 2023.

Abstract

La investigación tiene por objetivo analizar las interacciones farmacológicas potenciales y sus factores asociados en las recetas de pacientes atendidos en la farmacia del Hospital II–E Simón Bolívar, Cajamarca 2023. El estudio fue de tipo deductivo, básico, descriptivo, no experimental, la muestra lo constituyeron 140 recetas médicas. Los resultados respecto a los factores asociados se evidenciaron que el 75,0% son de sexo femenino, respecto a los tipos de interacciones medicamentosas potenciales en las recetas el 70,0% de los pacientes presentan interacciones medicamentosas del tipo farmacocinética. En conclusión, el 83,6% de los pacientes consumen más de 3 medicamentos lo cual nos indica que hay polifarmacia en las recetas prescritas.

The objective of the research was to analyze potential pharmacological interactions and their associated factors in the prescriptions of patients seen in the pharmacy of the Hospital II-E Simón Bolívar, Cajamarca 2023. The study was deductive, basic, descriptive, non-experimental, and the sample consisted of 140 medical prescriptions. The results regarding the associated factors showed that 75.0% were female; regarding the types of potential drug interactions in the prescriptions, 70.0% of the patients had pharmacokinetic drug interactions. In conclusion, 83.6% of the patients consume more than 3 drugs, which indicates that there is polypharmacy in the prescriptions prescribed.
