Abstract
El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre la percepción de la atención y satisfacción en madres de niños atendidos en el consultorio de crecimiento y desarrollo Pilcomayo – Huancayo 2024. Metodología: la investigación fue de tipo básica, un nivel explicativo y un diseño no experimental, correlacional y transversal; la muestra estuvo conformada por 60 madres de niños menores de 5 años. Los resultados muestran que el 68% tuvo una percepción alta de la atención y se encontraron satisfechas; el 17% tuvo una percepción baja de la atención y se encontraron insatisfechas; el 7% tuvo una percepción media de la atención y se encontraron moderadamente satisfechas; En conclusión, existe relación significativa entre la percepción de la atención y satisfacción en madres de niños atendidos.
The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between the perception of care and satisfaction among mothers of children attended at the Pilcomayo - Huancayo 2024 growth and development clinic. Methodology: the research was basic, explanatory, non-experimental, correlational and cross-sectional; the sample consisted of 60 mothers of children under 5 years of age. The results show that 68% had a high perception of care and were satisfied; 17% had a low perception of care and were dissatisfied; 7% had a medium perception of care and were moderately satisfied; in conclusion, there is a significant relationship between perception of care and satisfaction in mothers of children attended.
