Complicaciones obstétricas en Gestantes Con Covid-19 que acudieron al Centro de Salud Chilca – 2020.

Abstract

El objetivo del estudio fue determinar las complicaciones obstétricas en gestantes con diagnóstico de COVID-19 atendidas en el Centro de Salud de Chilca durante el año 2020. El método fue de tipo descriptivo, con enfoque cuantitativo y retrospectivo de diseño no experimental. La muestra incluyó 150 gestantes con COVID-19. Resultados: En relación con las complicaciones maternas fueron RPM con un 21,33 %, preeclampsia 10,67 %, infección urinaria 6,67; y las complicaciones fetales fueron RCIU con un 8% y entre otros. En conclusión, se determinó que las gestantes con diagnóstico de COVID-19 atendidas en el Centro de Salud Chilca, presentaron una frecuencia significativa de complicaciones obstétricas, tanto maternas como fetales.

The objective of this study was to determine the obstetric complications in pregnant women diagnosed with COVID-19 who were treated at the Chilca Health Center during 2020. The method was descriptive, with a quantitative and retrospective approach and a non-experimental design. The sample included 150 pregnant women with COVID-19. Results: Maternal complications included premature rupture of membranes (PROM) in 21.33%, preeclampsia in 10.67%, and urinary tract infection in 6.67%. Fetal complications included intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR) in 8%, among others. In conclusion, it was determined that pregnant women diagnosed with COVID-19 who were treated at the Chilca Health Center presented a significant frequency of obstetric complications, both maternal and fetal.
