Actitud de los pacientes sobre la implementación de seguimiento farmacoterapéutico en la posta médica Auquimaraca, Paucartambo Pasco

Abstract

Tiene por objetivo determinar la actitud de los pacientes que usan fármacos de índice terapéutico estrecho, sobre la implementación de seguimiento farmacoterapéutico en el Centro de Salud. La metodología utilizada fue el estudio realizado es básico de tipo descriptivo, transversal. Se obtuvo como resultado, respecto a la actitud de los pacientes que usan fármacos de índice terapéutico estrecho, sobre la implementación de seguimiento farmacoterapéutico, según la dimensión afectiva, se determinó que el 80,0% de los pacientes tienen actitud positiva y el 20,0% tienen actitud negativa. En conclusión, respecto a la actitud de los pacientes que usan fármacos de índice terapéutico estrecho, sobre la implementación de seguimiento farmacoterapéutico, en las tres dimensiones, su actitud positiva.The objective of this study was to determine the attitude of patients who use drugs with a narrow therapeutic index regarding the implementation of pharmacotherapeutic follow-up at the Health Center. The methodology used was the basic descriptive, cross-sectional study. As a result, regarding the attitude of the patients who use drugs with a narrow therapeutic index, on the implementation of pharmacotherapeutic follow-up, according to the affective dimension, it was determined that 80.0% of the patients have a positive attitude and 20.0% have a negative attitude. In conclusion, regarding the attitude of patients who use narrow therapeutic index drugs, on the implementation of pharmacotherapeutic follow-up, in the three dimensions, their attitude was positive.
