Relación de la gestión administrativa con la calidad de servicio en la Municipalidad Distrital de Huayucachi – 2021

Abstract

La investigación es tipo básica, con el diseño de investigación no experimental, de corte transversal y correlacional, En el estudio se consideró la muestra de 178 ciudadanos del Distrito de Huayucachi, realizándose la toma de datos y la descripción de las relaciones entre las variables; se usó el instrumento de encuesta con la herramienta del cuestionario aplicado a la muestra del estudio. Los resultados de la investigación, se realizó tanto la prueba de hipótesis de rango de Rho de Spearman donde se evidenció que la relación entre la gestión administrativa y la calidad de servicio en la municipalidad de Huayucachi al 2021 es significativa con un nivel de significancia del 0.005 y nivel de confianza del 95%; además se mantiene una relación positiva alta, que se interpreta que a mayor nivel de gestión administrativa se tiene un incremento en la calidad de servicioThe research is basic type, with non-experimental research design, cross-sectional and correlational, In the study was considered the sample of 178 citizens of the District of Huayucachi, performing the data collection and description of the relationships between variables; the survey instrument was used with the questionnaire tool applied to the study sample.
