Abstract

El objetivo de la presente investigación fue determinar la relación que existe entre el tiempo de espera y la satisfacción de la atención en pacientes que acuden a farmacia del Centro de Salud La Revolución. Juliaca. Octubre-diciembre. 2023. El método fue de diseño no experimental transversal; de tipo descriptivo. La muestra fue conformada por 215 usuarios. En los resultados se observa una relación estadísticamente significativa entre el tiempo de espera y la satisfacción del paciente, lo que se comprueba al aplicar la prueba estadística no paramétrica Chi cuadrado de Pearson, determinado una relación indirecta, es decir que, al aumentar el tiempo de espera en el servicio, disminuye la satisfacción de los usuarios al momento de la dispensación y/o expendio de sus medicamentos prescritos.
