Estilos de vida y riesgo a desarrollar diabetes mellitus tipo - 2 en pacientes atendidos en el Clas Atuncolla I – 3. Juliaca 2022

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la asociación entre los estilos de vida y el riesgo a desarrollar diabetes mellitus tipo 2 en pacientes atendidos en el Clas Atuncolla I – 3 - Juliaca 2022. Se trató de un estudio con enfoque cuantitativo, con diseño no experimental de alcance relacional. Obteniendo como resultados que a través de la prueba estadística de Chi – cuadrado de Pearson se determinó que los estilos de vida están asociados al riesgo a desarrollar Diabetes mellitus tipo – 2 en pacientes atendidos en el Clas Atuncolla I – 3, así también se encontró que los dominios físicos, sociales también se encuentran asociados al riesgo a desarrollar Diabetes Mellitus, contrario a los dominios psicológicos lo cuales no se encuentran asociados al riesgo a desarrollar Diabetes Mellitus. Se concluye indicando que los estilos de vida están asociados al riesgo a desarrollar Diabetes mellitus tipo – 2.The aim of this study was to determine the association between lifestyles and the risk of developing type 2 diabetes mellitus in patients treated at Clas Atuncolla I - 3 - Juliaca 2022. It was a study with a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental design of relational scope. The results obtained through Pearson's Chi-square statistical test determined that lifestyles are associated with the risk of developing type 2 diabetes mellitus in patients treated at Clas Atuncolla I - 3. It was also found that the physical and social domains are also associated with the risk of developing diabetes mellitus, as opposed to the psychological domains which are not associated with the risk of developing diabetes mellitus. It is concluded that lifestyles are associated with the risk of developing type 2 diabetes mellitus.
