Conocimientos y adherencia al tratamiento en pacientes hipertensos que acuden a la Botica Leofarma El Tambo, Huancayo.

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene por objetivo determinar el nivel de conocimientos sobre la adherencia al tratamiento en pacientes hipertensos que acuden a la Botica Leofarma El Tambo, Huancayo, la metodología de estudio es de tipo aplicada, descriptiva, correlacional y transversal, con una población de 200 pacientes, la muestra es de 132 pacientes hipertensos; los resultandos indican que el 81,1% de la muestra tienen prevalencia a la adherencia al tratamiento antihipertensivo, el 61,4% con bajo nivel de conocimiento sobre la enfermedad son adherentes al tratamiento hipertensivo, existe influencia entre el conocimiento en el manejo de la enfermedad y la adherencia al tratamiento, se concluye que solo los que tienen un conocimiento sobre la enfermedad presentan adherencia al tratamiento.

The present research aims to determine the level of knowledge about adherence to treatment in hypertensive patients who come to the Apothecary Leofarma El Tambo, Huancayo, the study methodology is applied, descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional, with a population of 200 patients, the sample is 132 hypertensive patients; The results indicate that 81.1% of the sample has a prevalence of adherence to antihypertensive treatment, 61.4% with low level of knowledge about the disease are adherent to hypertensive treatment, there is an influence between knowledge in the management of the disease and adherence to treatment, it is concluded that only those who have knowledge about the disease have adherence to treatment.
