Abstract
Este estudio fue determinar los factores de riesgos maternos asociados a desgarros perineales en gestantes atendidas en el Hospital de Apoyo de Pichanaqui-2020, siendo la metodología: Descriptivo-correlacional, retrospectivo, no experimental y de corte transversal, con una población que estuvo constituida por 78 historias clínicas. Resultados, Los factores de riesgos materno asociados a desgarro perineal fueron la anemia leve con un 70,5% de los cuales el 51,1% presentaron desgarro de primer grado, 14,1% de segundo grado con un Pv= 0,002. Conclusión: Existe asociación estadísticamente significativa entre los factores maternos y neonatales con el desgarro perineal en gestantes durante el parto en el Hospital de Apoyo Pichanaki 2020
The aim of this study was to determine the maternal risk factors associated with perineal tears in pregnant women attended at the Hospital de Apoyo de Pichanaqui-2020. The methodology used was descriptive-correlational, retrospective, non-experimental and cross-sectional, with a population of 78 medical records. Results: Maternal risk factors associated with perineal tearing were mild anemia with 70.5% of which 51.1% presented first degree tearing, 14.1% second degree with a Pv= 0.002. Conclusion: There is a statistically significant association between maternal and neonatal factors with perineal tearing in pregnant women during delivery at the Hospital de Apoyo Pichanaki 2020
