Percepción del usuario en relación a la atención del servicio en el Centro de Salud de Chupaca

Abstract

El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre la percepción del usuario y la atención recibida del Centro de Salud de Chupaca. La investigación fue de tipo descriptivo, no experimental y de corte transversal. En los resultado indican que el 63.1% de los usuarios encuestados son de sexo femenino, el 65.47% tienen una edad que oscila entre los 30 – 39 años, el 67.6% presentación educación a nivel secundaria, el 64.8% tuvieron percepción regular de bienes tangibles, el 83.78% tuvieron percepción regular de confiabilidad, el 65.77% tuvieron una percepción regular de responsabilidad, el 63.36% tuvieron percepción regular de seguridad, el 67.87% manifestaron tener una percepción mala de empatía por parte de los trabajadores, el 72.67% tienen una percepción regular de atención. Se concluyó que existe una percepción regular de la atención recibida.
The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between the user's perception and the care received at the Chupaca Health Center. The research was descriptive, non-experimental and cross-sectional. The results indicate that 63.1% of the users surveyed were female, 65.47% were between 30 and 39 years of age, 67.6% had a high school education, 64.8% had a fair perception of tangible goods, 83.78% had a fair perception of reliability, 65.77% had a fair perception of responsibility, 63.36% had a fair perception of security, 67.87% had a poor perception of empathy on the part of the workers, 72.67% had a fair perception of attention. It was concluded that there is a fair perception of the attention received.
