Abstract
El siguiente trabajo de investigación tiene por objetivo determinar la prevalencia y la influencia de los factores sociodemográficos y los de la enfermedad que influyen en la adherencia terapéutica en pacientes que acuden al Centro de Salud el Bosque. La metodología de estudio es de tipo cuantitativo, prospectivo y transversal, no experimental de nivel descriptivo correlacional, la muestra la constituyeron 79 pacientes adultos mayores. Los resultados muestran la prevalencia de la adherencia al tratamiento en un 64,6%, no existe relación estadística entre los factores sociodemográficos y la adherencia al tratamiento, no existe relación estadística entre los factores de la enfermedad y la adherencia al tratamiento. En conclusión, la prevalencia de adherencia al tratamiento es alta.
The following research work aims to determine the prevalence and influence of sociodemographic and disease factors that influence therapeutic adherence in patients attending the El Bosque Health Center. The study methodology is quantitative, prospective, cross-sectional, non-experimental, descriptive-correlational, and the sample consisted of 79 older adult patients. The results show the prevalence of adherence to treatment in 64.6%, there is no statistical relationship between sociodemographic factors and adherence to treatment, there is no statistical relationship between disease factors and adherence to treatment. In conclusion, the prevalence of adherence to treatment is high.
