Principales barreras burocráticas en el trámite de autorización excepcional para pruebas rápidas Covid-19 de marzo - setiembre 2020

Abstract

El presente estudio de investigación tiene como objetivo general determinar las principales barreras burocráticas en el trámite de autorización excepcional para pruebas rápidas COVID-19 de marzo - setiembre 2020. Se realizó una encuesta digital a 50 químicos farmacéuticos. Resultados, 38% de encuestados están en desacuerdo con el tiempo de evaluación, 36% de encuestados están en desacuerdo con los requisitos de evaluación y 30% de encuestados están en desacuerdo con la interpretación de la normativa; por lo que se concluye que el tiempo de evaluación, requisitos de evaluación e interpretación de la normativa fueron las Principales Barreras Burocráticas para el trámite de autorización excepcional para pruebas rápidas COVID-19The general objective of this research study is to determine the main bureaucratic barriers in the exceptional authorization process for COVID-19 rapid tests from March - September 2020. A digital survey was conducted among 50 pharmaceutical chemists. Results, 38% of respondents disagreed with the evaluation time, 36% of respondents disagreed with the evaluation requirements and 30% of respondents disagreed with the interpretation of the regulations; therefore, it is concluded that the evaluation time, evaluation requirements and interpretation of the regulations were the main bureaucratic barriers for the exceptional authorization process for COVID-19 rapid tests
