Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo conocer los factores socioeconómicos asociados a la adherencia terapéutica en pacientes hipertensos que frecuentan la botica “Mary” en ILO, Lambayeque. El método es de tipo no experimental, correlacional transversal, observacional. La muestra fue conformada por 100 pacientes hipertensos, Los resultados indican que en un 55% son de sexo masculino, en un 51% de 30 a 59 años, en un 36% de instrucción superior, en un 58% cuentan con un empleo, 78% tiene un ingreso menor al sueldo mínimo y en un 55% tiene SIS o no poseen seguro, El 10% de los pacientes fueron adherentes al tratamiento hipertensivo, mientras que un 90% fueron no adherentes. En conclusión, La adherencia terapéutica es de un 10%, solo se encontró una relación entre el nivel de instrucción y la adherencia terapéutica

The method was non-experimental, cross-sectional correlational, observational. The sample consisted of 100 hypertensive patients. The results indicate that 55% were male, 51% were between 30 and 59 years of age, 36% had higher education, 58% had a job, 78% had an income lower than the minimum wage and 55% had SIS or no insurance. 10% of the patients were adherent to hypertensive treatment, while 90% were non-adherent. In conclusion, therapeutic adherence was 10%, and there was only a relationship between the level of education and therapeutic adherence.
