Evaluación de los niveles de Carboxihemoglobina en choferes, antes y después de su jornada laboral de la empresa de transporte Lima –Norte

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación es evaluar los niveles de carboxihemoglobina en choferes, antes y después de su jornada laboral de la empresa de transporte Lima-Norte; mediante una ficha de registro de datos para caracterizar la población de estudio por edad, sexo y horario de trabajo; un análisis de sangre para e identificar los niveles de carboxihemoglobina. Según los resultados obtenidos teniendo en cuenta a los choferes que durante su jornada laboral muestra una variación de 0,6250% y 0,8583%, en ambos promedios indican que la concentración de COHb en la sangre es normal incluyendo los fumadores habituales. Es decir, después de una jornada entre 12 y 16 horas muestran, 0,4% más que el registrado en la mañana, dando inicio a una contaminación de COHb mínima

The present research work is to evaluate the carboxyhemoglobin levels in drivers, before and after their working day of the Lima-Norte transportation company; by means of a data registration form to characterize the study population by age, sex and working hours; a blood test to identify the carboxyhemoglobin levels. According to the results obtained taking into account the drivers who during their working day show a variation of 0.6250% and 0.8583%, both averages indicate that the concentration of COHb in the blood is normal including regular smokers. That is to say, after a working day between 12 and 16 hours they show 0.4% more than that recorded in the morning, giving rise to a minimum COHb contamination
