Abstract
La investigación tuvo como objetivo evaluar los errores de prescripción en las recetas atendidas en el Hospital Rezola de la provincia de Cañete – Lima, entre enero y marzo de 2024. Se trató de un estudio de diseño no experimental, retrospectivo y transversal, con una muestra de 348 recetas. Los resultados evidenciaron errores en distintas categorías: 10.0% en los datos del paciente, 3.5% en los datos del prescriptor, 10.4% en los datos del medicamento y un 23.9% de ilegibilidad en las recetas. En conclusión, se identificó un promedio de error del 12.0% en las recetas atendidas en el Hospital Rezola durante el período analizado.
The aim of the study was to evaluate prescription errors in prescriptions filled at the Rezola Hospital in the province of Cañete - Lima, between January and March 2024. It was a non-experimental, retrospective and cross-sectional design study, with a sample of 348 prescriptions. The results showed errors in different categories: 10.0% in the patient's data, 3.5% in the prescriber's data, 10.4% in the drug data and 23.9% illegibility in the prescriptions. In conclusion, an average error rate of 12.0% was identified in the prescriptions filled at the Rezola Hospital during the period analyzed.
