Abstract
El siguiente trabajo tiene como objetivo conocer la percepción y uso de medicamentos genéricos entre los usuarios de la botica Brisfarma II Huancayo, 2023. El tipo de investigación utilizado fue cuantitativo, descriptivo, de diseño de investigación no experimental-transversal. La muestra ha estado conformada por 81 usuarios. Los resultados muestran que un porcentaje menor (30,9%) tiene una percepción negativa y sólo un porcentaje mínimo (8,6%) tiene una percepción positiva. En conclusión, se observa que, en cuanto a la calidad, fiabilidad y eficacia de los medicamentos, la mayoría de los pacientes (60,5%, 54,3%, y 66,7% respectivamente) los pacientes consideran que los medicamentos genéricos y comerciales tienen similares características.
The objective of the following study was to determine the perception and use of generic drugs among the users of the Brisfarma II Huancayo drugstore, 2023. The type of research used was quantitative, descriptive, non-experimental-transversal research design. The sample consisted of 81 users. The results show that a minor percentage (30.9%) has a negative perception and only a minimal percentage (8.6%) has a positive perception. In conclusion, it is observed that, regarding the quality, reliability and efficacy of the drugs, the majority of patients (60.5%, 54.3%, and 66.7% respectively) consider that generic and commercial drugs have similar characteristics.
