Abstract
El objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar la relación significativa entre la calidad de atención y el grado de satisfacción en los usuarios de la Botica Primavera, Comas, de abril a mayo de 2025. La metodología utilizada fue de tipo correlacional y descriptiva, con un diseño no experimental y transversal. Se trabajó con una muestra de 124 usuarios a quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario estructurado. Los resultados mostraron que el 82,26% de los encuestados percibió una calidad de atención alta, y el 63,71% manifestó un alto grado de satisfacción. El análisis estadístico Chi-cuadrado de Pearson x2=483.077; p = 0.000<0.05) confirmó una relación directa y significativa entre ambas variables. Como conclusión, se establece que una mejor calidad en los servicios de atención se asocia directamente con la mayor satisfacción de los usuarios.
