Evaluación del cumplimiento de las buenas prácticas de prescripción de las recetas atendidas en el Sistema Integral de Salud del Hospital San Juan de Matucana en el periodo agosto a octubre del 2020

Abstract

Esta investigación, tuvo como OBJETIVO determinar el porcentaje de cumplimiento de Buenas Prácticas de Prescripción de las recetas atendidas en el Sistema Integral de Salud (SIS) del Hospital San Juan de Matucana en el periodo agosto a octubre del 2020, la METODOLOGÍA presenta un diseño descriptivo, observacional, transversal y retrospectivo. Los RESULTADOS señalan que el 34.3% de las recetas no presentan datos completos del paciente; el 62.5% de las recetas atendidas presentan datos incompletos del medicamento; El porcentaje de recetas médicas con datos incompletos del prescriptor, que no consignan fecha de expedición y expiración en la receta, con escritura ilegible y las que no consignan con el sello y firma del médico prescriptor en el Hospital San Juan de Matucana en el periodo agosto a octubre del 2020, corresponden al 50% y 38.9 %, respectivamente

The OBJECTIVE of this research was to determine the percentage of compliance with Good Prescription Practices of the prescriptions filled in the Integral Health System (SIS) of the San Juan de Matucana Hospital from August to October 2020, the METHODOLOGY was descriptive, observational, cross-sectional and retrospective. The RESULTS indicate that 34.3% of the prescriptions do not present complete patient data; 62.5% of the prescriptions filled present incomplete data on the medication; the percentage of prescriptions with incomplete data on the prescriber, with no date of issue and expiration on the prescription, with illegible writing and those without the stamp and signature of the prescribing physician at the Hospital San Juan de Matucana in the period August to October 2020, correspond to 50% and 38.9%, respectively
