Conocimiento sobre la inteligencia artificial en la atención farmacéutica de Boticas del Distrito de San José Lambaya, Lambayeque 2023.

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene por objetivo determinar el nivel de conocimiento sobre la Inteligencia Artificial en la atención farmacéutica en cinco boticas del Distrito de San José Lambaya, Lambayeque 2023. El método de la investigación fue científico, diseño no experimental, de tipo descriptivo, la muestra estuvo conformada por 100 personas. En cuanto a los beneficios que perciben sobre la Inteligencia Artificial, el 25% (25) opina que brinda mayor seguridad, 23% (23) permite automatizar tareas rutinarias y repetitivas, 20% (20) mejora los procesos de atención, 16% permite una atención personaliza, Se concluyó que la mayoría de las personas que participaron del estudio presenta niveles de conocimientos regulares (51%).

The objective of this research is to determine the level of knowledge about Artificial Intelligence in pharmaceutical care in five pharmacies in the District of San José Lambaya, Lambayeque 2023. The research method was scientific, non-experimental design, descriptive type, the sample consisted of 100 people. Regarding the benefits they perceive about Artificial Intelligence, 25% (25) think that it provides greater security, 23% (23) allow the automation of routine and repetitive tasks, 20% (20) improve the processes of care, 16% allow personalized attention, It was concluded that most of the people who participated in the study have regular levels of knowledge (51%).
