Abstract
La presente investigación tiene por objetivo determinar el nivel de satisfacción de los pacientes oncológicos que acuden al Hospital Militar Central. El método de estudio es de tipo aplicativo, descriptivo, prospectivo, no experimental, transversal, descriptivo. La muestra la conforman 79 pacientes. Los resultados muestran que el 55,7% refieren que fue buena la satisfacción sobre la fiabilidad, el 57,0% refieren que fue buena la satisfacción sobre la capacidad de respuesta, el 60,8% refieren que fue buena la seguridad, el 60,8% refieren que fue buena la empatía y el 64,6% refieren que fue buena la satisfacción sobre la tangibilidad de las instalaciones del servicio de farmacia. En conclusión, el 64,6% de los pacientes oncológicos en el nivel de satisfacción refieren que fue bueno en el Servicio de Farmacia.
