Efecto cicatrizante de una crema preparada base de Llantén mayor y Piper angustifolium R. en Rattus norvegicus var. Albinus con herida inducida

Abstract

El objetivo del estudio es fue determinar el efecto cicatrizante de una crema a base de Llantén mayor y Piper angustifolium R. en Rattus norvegicus var. albinus con herida inducida. La metodología siguió un diseño experimental, prospectivo, se prepararon 15 especímenes los que se agruparon al azar. La valoración del efecto cicatrizante se realizó mediante la escala de Vancouver y la escala de Manchester. Se muestra diferencias en las cremas con los extractos a diferentes concentraciones y similar efecto cicatrizante entre el matico al 10% y el control positivo (mucovit), así mismo, se observa mayor efecto cicatrizante en el matico comparado con el llantén. Se concluye que las formulaciones magistrales en crema a base de Llantén mayor y Piper angustifolium R al 5% y 10% presentan efecto cicatrizanteThe objective of the study was to determine the healing effect of a cream based on Llantén mayor and Piper angustifolium R. on Rattus norvegicus var. albinus with induced wound. The methodology followed a prospective experimental design, 15 specimens were prepared and randomly grouped. The assessment of the healing effect was performed using the Vancouver scale and the Manchester scale. Differences are shown in the creams with the extracts at different concentrations and similar healing effect between the 10% matico and the positive control (mucovit), likewise, a greater healing effect is observed in the matico compared to the plantain. It is concluded that the magistral cream formulations based on Llantén mayor and Piper angustifolium R at 5% and 10% have a healing effect
