Satisfacción de los usuarios atendidos en consulta externa de planificación familiar del Centro de Salud de Chilca, periodo Julio, Agosto y Setiembre, 2018.

Abstract

El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de satisfacción de los usuarios atendidos en consulta externa de planificación familiar del Centro de Salud de Chilca, periodo Julio, Agosto y Setiembre, 2018. Se realizó un estudio de tipo cuantitativo, de nivel descriptivo, no experimental de corte transversal. La población estuvo constituida por todos los usuarios atendidos en consulta externa de planificación familiar, para el estudio la muestra estuvo constituida por 168 usuarios atendidos en consulta externa de planificación familiar de acuerdo a la demanda en el periodo de julio a setiembre del año 2018.

Los resultados fueron: que el 51.2% de usuarios se encuentran satisfechos, el 41.7% medianamente satisfecho, y el 7.1% insatisfechos; en la dimensión Tiempo de espera la mayoría el 44% de usuarios se encuentran medianamente satisfechos; en la dimensión Información el 39.3% de usuarios se encuentran satisfechos, en la dimensión Trato el 57.1% de usuarios se encuentran satisfechos; en la dimensión Privacidad el 69% de usuarios se encuentran satisfechos; en la dimensión Limpieza el 50% de usuarios se encuentran satisfechos; en la dimensión Disponibilidad el 73.8% de usuarios se encuentran satisfechos.

Se concluye que el nivel de satisfacción de los usuarios atendidos en consulta externa del Centro de Salud de Chilca en su mayoría se encuentran satisfechos

The objective of this study was to determine the level of satisfaction of the users attended in the family planning outpatient clinic of the Health Center of Chilca, July, August and September, 2018. A quantitative, descriptive level study was carried out. experimental cross section. The population was constituted by all the users attended in outpatient family planning, for the study the sample was constituted by 168 users attended in outpatient consultation of family planning according to the demand in the period from July to September of the year 2018.

The results were: that 51.2% of users are satisfied, 41.7% are fairly satisfied, and 7.1% are dissatisfied; in the dimension Timeout, the majority 44% of users are fairly satisfied; in the Information dimension, 39.3% of users are satisfied, in the Treatment dimension, 57.1% of users are satisfied; in the Privacy dimension, 69% of users are satisfied; in the Cleaning dimension, 50% of users are satisfied; in the Availability dimension, 73.8% of users are satisfied.

It is concluded that the satisfaction level of the users attended in the outpatient clinic of the Chilca Health Center are mostly satisfied
