Adherencia terapéutica y calidad de atención en pacientes con dolor crónico atendidos en la botica Lebenpharma Lima.

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene por objetivo identificar la relación entre la adherencia terapéutica con la calidad de atención en pacientes con dolor crónico en la botica Lebenpharma Lima. El método de estudio es correlacional, cualitativo, deductivo, no experimental descriptivo, la muestra lo constituyeron 79 pacientes. Los resultados demostraron que existe predominancia del género femenino en un 62,0%, se afirma que no existe relación estadística entre la actitud de atención del personal, calificación personal, atención confortable y la adherencia terapéutica, se observa que el 72,2% refieren que la calidad de atención es buena. El 77,2% de los pacientes con dolor crónico presentan adherencia terapéutica regular. En conclusión, no existe relación estadística entre la calidad de atención y la adherencia terapéutica en los pacientes con dolor crónico.The objective of this research is to identify the relationship between therapeutic adherence and quality of care in patients with chronic pain at the Lebenpharma Lima pharmacy. The study method is correlational, qualitative, deductive, non-experimental, descriptive, and the sample consisted of 79 patients. The results showed that 62.0% of the patients were female and that there was no statistical relationship between the attitude of the staff, personal qualification, comfortable attention and therapeutic adherence. 72.2% of the patients reported that the quality of attention was good. Of the patients with chronic pain, 77.2% reported regular therapeutic adherence. In conclusion, there is no statistical relationship between quality of care and therapeutic adherence in patients with chronic pain.
