Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo por objetivo determinar la relación entre el estilo de vida y el asma en los usuarios atendidos en la botica Ahorrofarma, Lima 2024. En la metodología, fue un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo correlacional, con un diseño no experimental y de corte transversal. La población fue 420 usuarios con diagnóstico de asma, y una muestra de 201. Los resultados mostraron que el estado de ánimo, pero no fueron concluyentes, ya que los participantes con un estado de ánimo bueno fueron los únicos que presentaron un riesgo alto de asma. En relación con las prácticas perjudiciales para la salud, el 95 % tenían hábitos saludables y el 4% tenía prácticas perjudiciales. En conclusión, la correlación tuvo un coeficiente de 0,232 y una significancia de 0,007, indicando una relación significativa, pero de magnitud baja entre el estilo de vida y el asma.
The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between lifestyle and asthma in patients treated at the Ahorrofarma pharmacy in Lima in 2024. The methodology was quantitative, correlational, non-experimental, and cross-sectional. The population consisted of 420 users diagnosed with asthma, and the sample size was 201. The results showed that mood was a factor, but they were not conclusive, as participants with a good mood were the only ones who presented a high risk of asthma. In relation to unhealthy practices, 95% had healthy habits and 4% had unhealthy practices. In conclusion, the correlation had a coefficient of 0.232 and a significance of 0.007, indicating a significant but low-magnitude relationship between lifestyle and asthma.
