Abstract
El estudio tuvo como objetivo evaluar el efecto antiulceroso del extracto acuoso de hojas de Annona reticulata L. en ratas albinas. La metodología consistió en un diseño experimental con seis grupos: controles, un grupo tratado con omeprazol y tres grupos con el extracto a diferentes dosis, tras inducir úlceras gástricas con etanol. La muestra estuvo conformada por ratas distribuidas en dichos grupos. Los resultados evidenciaron una inhibición dosis-dependiente del daño gástrico y la presencia de flavonoides, taninos y polifenoles. Se concluye que el extracto presenta actividad gastroprotectora significativa y potencial terapéutico natural.
The study aimed to evaluate the antiulcer effect of the aqueous extract of Annona reticulata L. leaves in albino rats. The methodology consisted of an experimental design with six groups: controls, a group treated with omeprazole, and three groups with the extract at different doses, after inducing gastric ulcers with ethanol. The sample consisted of rats distributed among these groups. The results showed a dose-dependent inhibition of gastric damage and the presence of flavonoids, tannins, and polyphenols. It is concluded that the extract has significant gastroprotective activity and natural therapeutic potential.
