Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo identificar los errores de prescripción en recetas atendidas en el área de dosis unitaria del Hospital Departamental de Huancavelica durante el año 2025. La metodología fue de tipo básica, con diseño no experimental, enfoque cuantitativo, nivel descriptivo y corte transversal. La muestra estuvo conformada por 518 recetas atendidas entre abril, mayo y junio de 2025. Los resultados mostraron que el 53% de las recetas presentaron algún error. En los datos del paciente, el 37,8% evidenció errores, destacando el peso (17%) y la talla (16%). En los datos del medicamento, los errores más frecuentes fueron en cantidad (8,7%), concentración (7,7%) y forma farmacéutica (5,4%). Además, el 18,7% presentó letra ilegible o abreviaturas confusas. Se concluye que el 53% de las recetas presentan errores de prescripción
This research aimed to identify prescription errors in prescriptions dispensed in the unit-dose area of the Huancavelica Departmental Hospital during 2025.
