Abstract
El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar las características epidemiológicas y clínicas del embarazo ectópico en pacientes atendidas en un Hospital de Huancayo 2023. El método fue estudio fue descriptivo, transversal y retrospectivo; se trabajó con una muestra de 118 gestantes con embarazo ectópico. Los resultados muestran que el 74.6% eran jóvenes. Las características ginecobstétricos indican que 53.4% tenían de 6 a 10 semanas y el 89.0% inicio sus relaciones sexuales > 18 años. Los antecedentes quirúrgicos fueron; legrado uterino o AMEU 35.6%. Los signos y síntomas frecuentes fueron; dolor abdominal bajo 29.7%. En conclusión, las principales características epidemiológicas y clínicas fueron; jóvenes 6 a 10 semanas de gestación, multíparas, con más de dos parejas sexuales y antecedentes de enfermedad pélvica inflamatoria.

The method was descriptive, cross-sectional and retrospective; a sample of 118 pregnant women with ectopic pregnancy was used. The results showed that 74.6% were young women. The gynecobstetric characteristics indicate that 53.4% were 6 to 10 weeks old and 89.0% began sexual relations > 18 years. Surgical history was; uterine curettage or MVA 35.6%. Frequent signs and symptoms were; lower abdominal pain 29.7%. In conclusion, the main epidemiological and clinical characteristics were; young women 6 to 10 weeks gestation, multiparous, with more than two sexual partners and a history of pelvic inflammatory disease.
