Efectividad y Seguridad en el Tratamiento de Osteoartrosis de Pacientes Atendidos en el Hospital Regional Lambayeque, 2023.

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene por objetivo determinar la efectividad y seguridad en el tratamiento de los pacientes con osteoartrosis que acuden al Hospital Regional Lambayeque. La metodología de estudio es de tipo básico, descriptivo, longitudinal, no experimental. La población estuvo conformada por 100 pacientes con osteoartrosis atendidos en el hospital Regional Lambayeque; la muestra lo constituyeron 79 pacientes, la validación del instrumento fue por Juicio de Expertos. Los resultados dentro de las características sociodemográficas se observan que hay predominancia del género femenino en un 77,2% y el 50,6% son adultos mayores. Respecto a la proporción es la efectividad en el tratamiento de los pacientes con osteoartrosis, según el resultado se concluye que el 67,1% presentan mucha mejoría luego de tomar el tratamiento farmacológico, es decir el tratamiento es efectivo. En conclusión, la efectividad y seguridad en el tratamiento de osteoartrosis de pacientes son seguros y efectivos en el Hospital Regional Lambayeque, dado que los pacientes presentaron mejoría

The objective of this research is to determine the effectiveness and safety in the treatment of patients with osteoarthrosis who come to the Lambayeque Regional Hospital. The study methodology is basic, descriptive, longitudinal, non-experimental. The population consisted of 100 patients with osteoarthrosis treated at the Lambayeque Regional Hospital; the sample consisted of 79 patients; the instrument was validated by Expert Judgment. The results within the sociodemographic characteristics show that 77.2% are female and 50.6% are older adults. Regarding the proportion is the effectiveness in the treatment of patients with osteoarthrosis, according to the result it is concluded that 67.1% present much improvement after taking the pharmacological treatment, i.e. the treatment is effective. In conclusion, the effectiveness and safety in the treatment of osteoarthrosis patients are safe and effective at the Lambayeque Regional Hospital, since the patients showed improvement.
