Práctica de automedicación de madres hacia niños menores de 5 años en el Hospital Regional Docente Materno Infantil El Carmen- Huancayo-2017

Abstract

Este estudio fue realizado en el Hospital Regional Docente Materno Infantil El Carmen - Huancayo y consistió en desarrollar un instrumento que nos permitió medir la práctica de automedicación de madres hacia niños menores de 5 años. El objetivo de la presente investigación es determinar y analizar las características de la práctica de automedicación en las madres hacia niños menores de 5 Años en el Hospital Regional Docente Materno Infantil El Carmen Huancayo-2017, el método usado fue científico, cuyo tipo de investigación es básico y el nivel de investigación es descriptivo, como resultado de la presente investigación se obtuvo información relevante donde se aprecia que un 73% de las madres de familia afirman que alguna vez dieron de tomar medicamentos a su niño sin prescripción médicaThis study was carried out at the El Carmen - Huancayo Regional Maternal and Child Teaching Hospital and consisted of developing an instrument that allowed us to measure the self-medication practice of mothers towards children under 5 years of age. The objective of the present investigation is to determine and analyze the characteristics of the practice of self-medication in mothers towards children under 5 years old at the Maternal-Infant Regional Hospital El Carmen Huancayo-2017, the method used was scientific, whose type of research is basic and the level of research is descriptive, as a result of the present investigation we obtained relevant information where it is appreciated that 73% of mothers state that they once gave their child medicines without medical prescription
