Abstract
El objetivo de la siguiente investigación es determinar la relación entre la autoestima y nivel de depresión en Adultos Mayores del Centro de Salud la Libertad Huancayo 2023. La metodología que se utilizó fue de tipo básico con nivel correlacional de diseño no experimental de corte transversal; la muestra estuvo conformada por 167 adultos mayores. Los resultados muestran que el 54,5% (91) de los adultos mayores encuestados presentan una autoestima baja con un nivel de depresión normal (sin depresión), de donde el 55,7% (93) presentan autoestima baja y el 57,5% (96) presentan un nivel de depresión normal (sin depresión). En conclusión, Se determinó que existe relación positiva alta entre la Autoestima y nivel de Depresión (Rho de Spearman con 0,855, p valor= 0,000) en Adultos Mayores del Centro de Salud la Libertad Huancayo 2023.
