Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo: Determinar el nivel de conocimiento sobre farmacovigilancia del personal de salud del Hospital Laura Esther Rodríguez Dulanto, Supe, Lima-2026. Metodología: Estudio basico, descriptivo, no experimental, prospectivo y transversal, mediante encuesta con un cuestionario validado de 17 preguntas (α=0,958). Muestra: 91 profesionales de la salud, seleccionados de una población de 118 participantes. Resultados: Predominó el sexo femenino (56,0 %), la Licenciatura en Enfermería (46,2 %) y el grupo de 31 a 40 años (42,8 %); además, el 57,1 % presentó un nivel de conocimiento medio, el 24,2 % alto y el 18,7 % bajo. Conclusión: El conocimiento sobre farmacovigilancia fue predominantemente medio, por lo que se requiere fortalecer la capacitación continua para mejorar la identificación y notificación de reacciones adversas y reforzar la seguridad del paciente
The objective of this research was to determine the level of pharmacovigilance knowledge among healthcare personnel at the Laura Esther Rodríguez Dulanto Hospital in Supe, Lima, Peru, in 2026. Methodology: This was a basic, descriptive, non-experimental, prospective, and cross-sectional study using a validated 17-question survey (α=0.958). Sample: 91 healthcare professionals were selected from a population of 118 participants. Results: The majority of participants were female (56.0%), held a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (46.2%), and were between 31 and 40 years old (42.8%). Furthermore, 57.1% demonstrated a medium level of knowledge, 24.2% a high level, and 18.7% a low level. Conclusion: Knowledge of pharmacovigilance was predominantly at a medium level, indicating a need to strengthen continuing education to improve the identification and reporting of adverse reactions and reinforce patient safety.
