Abstract
Este estudio tuvo como objetivo general Evaluar la automedicación con antibióticos en Covid-19 en adultos usuarios de Facebook Perú. Respecto a la metodología de secuencia de estudio, fue de método científico corresponde a una investigación de nivel descriptivo de diseño no experimental, realizado en una muestra de 1111 adultos usuarios de Facebook Perú. En cuanto a los resultados el consumo de antibióticos en los usuarios de Facebook Perú fue 93.16 %, a consecuencia de la automedicación, siendo el antibiótico de mayor demanda la amoxicilina con 45.00 %, prevaleciendo la edad entre los 26 a 35 años, con un 43.29 %, el sexo femenino con 58.15 % y ocupación independiente en 63.82 %; hallándose como factores prevalentes: Carencia de dinero 84.43 %, recomendación por terceras personas 92.53 %, en farmacias y boticas en el 60.76 %, se automedicó por publicidad 88.12 %, TV 44.64 % y por recetas anteriores 87.67 %.
The general objective of this study was to evaluate self-medication with antibiotics in Covid-19 in adult users of Facebook Peru. Regarding the study sequence methodology, it was of scientific method corresponds to a descriptive level research of non-experimental design, conducted in a sample of 1111 adult users of Facebook Peru. Regarding the results the consumption of antibiotics in Facebook Peru users was 93.16 %, as a result of self-medication, being the antibiotic of greater demand amoxicillin with 45.00 %, prevailing age between 26 to 35 years, with 43.29 %, female sex with 58.15 % and independent occupation in 63.82 %; finding as prevalent factors: Lack of money 84.43 %, recommendation by third parties 92.53 %, in pharmacies and drugstores in 60.76 %, self-medicated by advertising 88.12 %, TV 44.64 % and by previous prescriptions 87.67 %
