Abstract
La investigación es de tipo aplicativo con diseño metodológico observacional. El objetivo fue determinar los factores asociados al síndrome de burnout en cirujanos dentistas del sector privado, con una muestra de 80 cirujanos dentistas, el instrumento para la recolección de datos fue el cuestionario validado por los expertos, hallándose la confiabilidad mediante el estadístico Chi-cuadrado de Pearson. Resultados: Hipótesis general en el AE nos arroja un nivel de significancia de p=0,046 (no hay independencia), DP p= 0,234 (si hay independencia), RP p=0,197 (si hay independencia). Se concluye en la investigación, se determinó los factores asociados al Síndrome de burnout en cirujanos dentistas del sector privado
The research is of an applicative type with observational methodological design. The objective was to determine the factors associated with burnout syndrome in dental surgeons of the private sector, with a sample of 80 dental surgeons, the instrument for data collection was the questionnaire validated by experts, finding the reliability by means of Pearson's Chi-square statistic. Results: General hypothesis in the AE gives us a significance level of p=0.046 (no independence), DP p= 0.234 (if there is independence), RP p=0.197 (if there is independence).
