Vínculo afectivo y cuidados básicos del recién nacido en madres del servicio de neonatología del Hospital de Lircay, Huancavelica - 2025.

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el vínculo afectivo y cuidados básicos del recién nacido en madres del servicio de neonatología del hospital de Lircay, Huancavelica – 2025. La metodología fue de tipo básica, y un diseño no experimental, correlacional y transversal. La muestra fue censal y estuvo conformada por 50 madres, la técnica usada fue la encuesta y la observación, los instrumentos aplicados fueron el cuestionario. Los resultados se evidenciaron que casi la mitad 46% (23) de las madres desarrolló un vínculo afectivo bajo y sólo un 18% (9) desarrolló un vínculo afectivo alto. En conclusión, se determinó que existe relación positiva considerable entre el vínculo afectivo y cuidados básicos del recién nacido en madres del servicio de neonatología del hospital de Lircay – Huancavelica, 2025 (Rho=0,727; p=0,000).The objective of the study was to determine the relationship between emotional bonding and basic care of newborns in mothers in the neonatal unit of the Lircay Hospital in Huancavelica – 2025. The methodology was basic, with a non-experimental, correlational, and cross-sectional design. The sample was census-based and consisted of 50 mothers. The technique used was a survey and observation, and the instruments applied were questionnaires. The results showed that almost half (46%, or 23) of the mothers developed a low emotional bond, and only 18% (9) developed a high emotional bond. In conclusion, it was determined that there is a considerable positive relationship between the emotional bond and basic care of the newborn in mothers in the neonatal unit of the Lircay-Huancavelica Hospital, 2025 (Rho=0.727; p=0.000).
