Evaluación del cumplimiento de BPA de medicamentos del servicio de Farmacia del Hospital Santa Rosa de Madre de Dios, 2025.

Abstract

El objetivo de la siguiente investigación es evaluar el cumplimiento de las BPA de medicamentos en el servicio de farmacia del Hospital Santa Rosa de Madre de Dios durante el año 2025. La metodología fue un enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo y diseño no experimental transversal,utilizó una ficha de inspección estructurada y validada.La muestra son las tres áreas de estudio.Los resultados existe cumplimiento de BPA en 93.75%,en el área almacén 100%,farmacia de emergencia 93.75%,farmacia de hospitalización 87.5%,respecto a las dimensiones se obtuvieron en recepción 93.33%, almacenamiento 86.6%, manejo de medicamentos en devolución 100% y en manejo de productos de baja o rechazo 100%.En conclusión, se identificó que la mayoría de los ítems cumple las BPA.

The objective of this research is to evaluate compliance with Good Pharmacy Practices (GPP) for medications in the pharmacy service of the Santa Rosa Hospital in Madre de Dios during 2025. The methodology employed a quantitative, descriptive, and non-experimental cross-sectional design, utilizing a structured and validated inspection checklist. The sample comprises the three study areas. The results show GPP compliance in 93.75% of cases: 100% in the warehouse, 93.75% in the emergency pharmacy, and 87.5% in the inpatient pharmacy. Regarding the dimensions of compliance, the following results were obtained: 93.33% in receiving, 86.6% in storage, 100% in handling returned medications, and 100% in handling defective or rejected products. In conclusion, it was found that the majority of items comply with GPP.
