Errores de prescripción médica y antibióticos dispensados en el Centro de Salud de San Jerónimo

Abstract

El presente trabajo trata sobre los errores de prescripción y el uso irracional de antibióticos son dos problemas comunes a nivel mundial y con repercusiones en la salud pública de una nación. El objetivo de esta investigación es identificar los errores de prescripción médica y antibióticos dispensados en el Centro de Salud de San Jerónimo. El método de Investigación es de nivel descriptivo, de corte transversal, retrospectivo, tipo de muestreo censal, con una muestra de 306 recetas únicas estandarizadas prescritas con antibióticos dispensados en el Centro de Salud de San Jerónimo. Como resultados se encontró que los errores de prescripción en las recetas prescritas en el Centro de Salud de San Jerónimo fueron diagnosticados (98%).The present work deals with prescribing errors and the irrational use of antibiotics are two common problems worldwide and with repercussions on the public health of a nation. The objective of this research is to identify the medical prescription errors and antibiotics dispensed at the San Jeronimo Health Center. The research method is descriptive, cross-sectional, retrospective, retrospective, census sampling type, with a sample of 306 single standardized prescriptions prescribed with antibiotics dispensed at the San Jeronimo Health Center. As results, it was found that prescription errors in the prescriptions prescribed at the San Jerónimo Health Center were diagnosed (98%).
