Abstract
El objetivo es determinar los errores de prescripción en recetas atendidas del Centro de Salud Santa Catalina I-3 del Distrito de Juliaca, San Román-Puno, julio a septiembre 2023. La investigación fue de diseño no experimental, retrospectivo y transversal. Fueron 312 recetas atendidas que representaron la muestra del estudio. La técnica utilizada fue la revisión de receta. Los resultados están relacionados a los errores o información incompleta durante la prescripción: datos del paciente con 0.2%, datos del prescriptor con 2.4%, datos del medicamento con 34.6% y con un 3.2% legibilidad de recetas. Se concluye un promedio de errores o información incompleta realizadas durante la prescripción del 10,1% de errores de prescripción en recetas evaluadas.

The research was of non-experimental, retrospective and cross-sectional design. There were 312 prescriptions that represented the study sample. The technique used was prescription review. The results are related to errors or incomplete information during prescription: patient data with 0.2%, prescriber data with 2.4%, drug data with 34.6% and prescription legibility with 3.2%.
