Abstract
Este estudio de investigación tiene como principal objetivo determinar los factores de no-adherencia al tratamiento de pacientes con hipertensión arterial en la botica Santa Cruz S.G.R. en el Callao – 2021, siendo el tipo de investigación descriptivo y en cuanto al diseño de investigación se ha elegido el diseño no experimental. En una muestra de 50 pacientes, Se utilizó como técnica la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario validado internacionalmente en Cuba en el año 2008 y que lleva el nombre del autor: "M.B.G." Resultados, se muestra el 20% tiene una adherencia total, el 70% está adherido parcialmente y el 10% no se encuentra adherido. Concluyéndose que el nivel de adherencia al tratamiento es parcial (64%) por lo tanto el nivel de adherencia en pacientes con hipertensión es insuficiente
