Abstract
La presente tesis tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre la calidad de atención de enfermería y el cumplimiento del esquema de vacunación en niños menores de 1 año del Centro de Salud San Jerónimo 2023. La investigación fue de tipo básica, diseño no experimental de tipo descriptivo correlacional y de corte transversal. La muestra fue conformada por 66 madres de niños menores de 1 año, Los resultados muestran que el 31,8% percibió una calidad de atención de enfermería buena; el 21,2% percibió una calidad de atención de enfermería regular y tuvo cumplimiento inoportuno del esquema de vacunación. En conclusión, si existe relación significativa directa entre la calidad de atención de enfermería y el cumplimiento del esquema de vacunación.
The objective of this thesis was to determine the relationship between the quality of nursing care and compliance with the vaccination schedule in children under 1 year of age at the San Jerónimo 2023 Health Center. The research was of basic type, non-experimental design, descriptive correlational and cross-sectional. The sample consisted of 66 mothers of children under 1 year of age. The results show that 31.8% perceived a good quality of nursing care; 21.2% perceived a regular quality of nursing care and had untimely compliance with the vaccination schedule. In conclusion, there is a significant direct relationship between the quality of nursing care and compliance with the vaccination schedule.
