Abstract
Este estudio fue Conocer la relación entre el margen cervical de las coronas protésicas fenestradas y la alteración de la salud bucal de los pacientes atendidos en el Puesto de Salud Huascahura – Ayacucho 2021, siendo la metodología, correlacional, prospectivo y de corte transversal, en una muestra de 60 pacientes a quienes se les lleno una ficha de evaluación. Resultados, reportan que el 45% tuvieron el tipo Yuxtagingival de terminación del margen cervical; el 58.3% tuvieron presencia de caries y el 60% presentaron sangrado gingival tras el sondaje en las coronas protésicas fenestradas; concluyéndose, que si existe relación entre el margen cervical de la coronas protésicas fenestradas y la alteración de la salud bucal
This study was to know the relationship between the cervical margin of fenestrated prosthetic crowns and the alteration of the oral health of patients treated at the Huascahura Health Post - Ayacucho 2021, being the methodology, correlational, prospective and cross-sectional, in a sample of 60 patients who were filled out an evaluation form. Results report that 45% had the juxtagingival type of cervical margin termination; 58.3% had caries and 60% presented gingival bleeding after probing in the fenestrated prosthetic crowns; concluding that there is a relationship between the cervical margin of the fenestrated prosthetic crowns and the alteration of oral health
