Abstract
El estudio de investigación tiene como objetivo: Determinar los factores asociados a la automedicación con antiinflamatorios en el adulto mayor del distrito de Imperial – Lima, 2022. Metodología: tipo básico, descriptivo; el diseño fue no experimental y transversal, la población se trabajó con 308 adultos mayores, y la muestra con 171 participantes Resultados: En cuanto a la adquisición se observó un nivel alto la farmacia o botica con un 84,2 % , el nivel de instrucción fue la secundaria con un 40,4% , la oportunidad de precio del medicamento son elevados con un72,5%, Influencia los medios de comunicación por el televisor con un 67,3% , la decisión de automedicarse fue un 86% . La enfermedad crónica Diabetes y reumatismo con un 34,5%, En su mayoría son de residencia Urbana con un97,1%, sexo masculino con un60.8%, concluyendo los resultados fueron dados aun P valor ˂0.05
