Abstract
El presente estudio de investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar la prevalencia de patologías bucodentales en personas dependientes al alcohol de los centros de apoyo y recuperación, Arequipa 2021. La investigación fue de tipo descriptivo, prospectiva, de campo y de corte transversal, se empleó como instrumento de recolección de datos, una ficha clínica odontológica y odontograma, que fue aplicado a las personas dependientes al alcohol de la provincia de Arequipa, de los centros de apoyo y recuperación: “Alcohólicos Anónimos” y “Proyecto Quiero Vivir”. Conclusión: Se determinó que la patología bucodental con mayor prevalencia en las personas dependientes al alcohol de los centros de apoyo y recuperación, Arequipa, 2021, fue la enfermedad gingival
