Adherencia al Tratamiento en Pacientes Ambulatorios con Tuberculosis que Frecuentan el Hospital Regional Docente Clínico Quirúrgico “Daniel Alcides Carrión” – Huancayo

Abstract

La tuberculosis (TB) es una enfermedad infecciosa bacteriana crónica transmisible, causada por la bacteria M. tuberculosis que afecta a los pulmones y a otras órganos de nuestro cuerpo. La adherencia al tratamiento es conocida como el grado de cumplimiento de una persona respecto a las recomendaciones brindadas por un médico asistencial, a fin de tratar algún tipo de dolencia o enfermedad. El objetivo de la presente investigación es determinar los niveles de adherencia al tratamiento en pacientes ambulatorios con tuberculosis que frecuentan el Hospital Regional Docente Clínico Quirúrgico “Daniel Alcides Carrión” – Huancayo.

Tuberculosis (TB) is a transmissible chronic bacterial infectious disease, caused by M. tuberculosis bacteria that affects the lungs and other organs of our body. Adherence to treatment is known as the degree of compliance of a person with respect to the recommendations given by a medical doctor, in order to treat some type of ailment or disease. The objective of the present investigation is to determine the levels of treatment adherence in outpatients with tuberculosis who frequent the "Daniel Alcides Carrión" Clinical and Surgical Teaching Hospital - Huancayo.
