Abstract
Determinar la percepción, sobre el uso de la carne de cuy como tratamiento potencial para la recuperación de pacientes Post Covid – 19 en la ciudad de Huancayo – Perú. La carne de cuy contiene aminoácidos esenciales (triptófano y fenilalanina) que favorecen la síntesis de anticuerpos y mejoran la respuesta inmunológica del organismo. Metodología. Tipo de investigación, Descriptivo transversal; diseño no experimental - descriptivo. La población estuvo constituida por pacientes Post Covid 19 de la ciudad de Huancayo que accedieron a la encuesta; la muestra fue conformada de manera no aleatoria por conveniencia, constituida por 131 pacientes
To determine the perception of the use of guinea pig meat as a potential treatment for the recovery of Post Covid - 19 patients in the city of Huancayo - Peru. Guinea pig meat contains essential amino acids (tryptophan and phenylalanine) that favor the synthesis of antibodies and improve the body's immune response. Methodology.
