Abstract
Esta tesis tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre los hábitos alimentarios y estado nutricional en estudiantes de cuarto y quinto de secundaria de la Institución Educativa Warivilca – 2023. La investigación fue de tipo básica, un nivel correlacional y un diseño no experimental, tipo descriptivo correlacional y de forma transversal. la muestra fueron 50 estudiantes de esta población. Los resultados muestran que el 30 % tuvieron hábitos alimentarios poco adecuados, el 26 % tuvieron hábitos alimentarios inadecuados, el 24 % tuvieron hábitos alimentarios adecuados e índice de masa corporal normal. En conclusión, se determinó que, si existe relación entre los hábitos alimentarios y estado nutricional en estudiantes de cuarto y quinto de secundaria.
The objective of this thesis was to determine the relationship between eating habits and nutritional status in fourth and fifth year high school students of the Warivilca - 2023 Educational Institution. The research was of basic type, a correlational level and a non-experimental design, descriptive correlational type and cross-sectional. The sample was 50 students of this population. The results show that 30% had inadequate eating habits, 26% had inadequate eating habits, 24% had adequate eating habits and normal body mass index. In conclusion, it was determined that there is a relationship between eating habits and nutritional status in fourth and fifth year high school students.
