Evaluación de la eficacia antimicótica del extracto hidroalcohólico de hojas de Cybistax antisyphilitica (Mart.) Mart. frente a Cándida albicans ATCC 10231

Abstract

El objetivo de la presente investigación fue evaluar la actividad antimicótica del extracto hidroalcohólico de las hojas de Cybistax antisyphilitica (Mart.) Mart “llangua” frente a Cándida albicans ATCC 10231.Es un estudio de diseño experimental; la muestra vegetal estuvo constituida por 500 gramos de hojas de Cybistaxa antisyphilitica (Mart.) Mart “llangua”, procedente de la Comunidad de perico, distrito de Chirinos, provincia de San Ignacio, departamento de Cajamarca y la muestra microbiológica fue la cepa de Cándida albicans ATCC 10231. Se realizaron ensayos de solubilidad, identificación de metabolitos secundarios y la actividad antimicótica del extracto hidroalcohólico de las hojas Cybistaxa antisyphilitica (Mart.) Mart “llangua” a concentraciones del 25 %, 50 %, 75 % y 100 % frente a Cándida albicans ATCC 10231.

The objective of this research was to evaluate the antifungal activity of the hydroalcoholic extract of Cybistax antisyphilitica (Mart.) Mart "llangua" leaves against Candida albicans ATCC 10231. It is an experimental design study; the plant sample consisted of 500 grams of leaves of Cybistaxa antisyphilitica (Mart.) Mart "llangua", from the Community of perico, district of Chirinos, province of San Ignacio, department of Cajamarca and the microbiological sample was the Candida albicans ATCC 10231 strain. Solubility tests, identification of secondary metabolites and antifungal activity of the hydroalcoholic extract of Cybistaxa antisyphilitica (Mart.) Mart "llangua" leaves at concentrations of 25 %, 50 %, 75 % and 100 % against Candida albicans ATCC 10231 were carried out.
