Conocimiento del uso de micronutrientes y la adherencia en madres de niños de 6 a 36 meses en el Centro de Salud Atusparias - Chiclayo 2022

Abstract

El estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de conocimiento del uso de micronutrientes y la adherencia en madres de niños de 6 a 36 meses en el Centro de Salud Atusparias - Chiclayo 2022. Metodología correspondió a un estudio de tipo básico, diseño correlacional, no experimental y de corte transversal, el muestreo fue censal, por lo que la población y muestra estuvieron constituidas por 58 madres que asistieron al control de crecimiento y desarrollo la técnica utilizada para ambas variables fue la encuesta y el instrumento es el cuestionario. Se utilizó la escala valorativa de Lickert y la guía de observación, para el análisis se utilizó el SPSS V.26. Los resultados muestran que del total de madres casi la cuarta parte del 20,7% (12) tienen un nivel bueno del uso de conocimiento de micronutrientes, de las cuales 5,2% (3) no tienen adherencia y 15,5% (9) si tienen adherencia con sus niños. En conclusión, existe suficiente evidencia muestral para comprobar que existe relación significativa entre el nivel de conocimiento del uso de micronutrientes y la adherencia en madres de niños de 6 a 36 meses en el Centro de Salud Atusparias - Chiclayo 2022.

The objective of the study was to determine the level of knowledge of the use of micronutrients and adherence in mothers of children aged 6 to 36 months at the Atusparias Health Center - Chiclayo 2022. Methodology corresponded to a basic study, correlational design, non-experimental and cross-sectional, the sampling was census, so the population and sample consisted of 58 mothers who attended the growth and development control, the technique used for both variables was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire. The Lickert rating scale and the observation guide were used, and SPSS V.26 was used for the analysis. The results show that of the total number of mothers, almost a quarter of 20.7% (12) have a good level of knowledge of micronutrients, of which 5.2% (3) have no adherence and 15.5% (9) have adherence with their children. In conclusion, there is sufficient sample evidence to prove that there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge of the use of micronutrients and adherence in mothers of children aged 6 to 36 months at the Atusparias Health Center - Chiclayo 2022.
