Factores asociados a reacciones adversas sobre el consumo de sildenafilo en varones de 30 a 60 años atendidos en establecimientos farmacéuticos, Juliaca 2022

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar los factores asociados a reacciones adversas sobre el consumo de sildenafilo en varones de 30 a 60 años atendidos en establecimientos farmacéuticos, Juliaca 2022. La muestra está conformada por 290 personas, donde el instrumento para la recolección de datos del cuestionario validado por los expertos, se halló la confiabilidad mediante el estadístico Alfa de Cronbach de: (0.902 y 0.946) demostrando alta confiabilidad. En el resultado, la prueba chi - cuadrado da a conocer un nivel de significancia de 0.000 que por ser menor a 0.05 se concluyó la investigación es significativa rechazando la hipótesis nula y aceptando la hipótesis alterna.

The general objective of this research was to determine the factors associated with adverse reactions to the consumption of sildenafil in men between 30 and 60 years of age attended in pharmaceutical establishments, Juliaca 2022. The sample is made up of 290 people, where the instrument for data collection of the questionnaire validated by the experts, reliability was found through the Cronbach's Alpha statistic of: (0.902 and 0.946) demonstrating high reliability. In the result, the chi-square test shows a significance level of 0.000 which, being less than 0.05, concluded that the research is significant, rejecting the null hypothesis and accepting the alternative hypothesis.
