Abstract
El objetivo del presente trabajo es determinar el grado de estrés laboral y el síndrome de Burnout en el personal que labora en la cadena de farmacias Inkafarma, Callao, 2022. Metodología, tipo de investigación básica, prospectiva, observacional, transversal; el diseño del estudio fue no experimental – transeccional descriptivo. La muestra fue de 110 trabajadores, constituida de manera no aleatoria por conveniencia, se aplicaron criterios de inclusión y exclusión. El instrumento utilizado fue una encuesta conformada por dos cuestionarios, para la variable estrés laboral y para la variable síndrome de Burnout. Se concluyó que en su totalidad presentaron un grado moderado de estrés en un 100% y, en cuanto al síndrome de Burnout en mayoría no presentaron en un 85.5%.

The instrument used was a survey made up of two questionnaires, for the work stress variable and for the Burnout syndrome variable. It was concluded that 100% of the workers presented a moderate degree of stress and 85.5% did not present Burnout syndrome.
